Refund policy
- If you change your mind, or purchase the wrong size, you have 14 days to return your purchase to us and our team will inspect it and either give you store credit or exchange your item.
- All clothing must have there tags attached in order for an exchange or refund to be made
- If an exchange or refund is needed please head to our contact us page. please note this process can take up to 10 business days.
- When emailing us, please let us know your full name on the order, order number as well as the reasoning why you are requesting an exchange or store credit, and the outcome you wish to achieve.
- When sending your item back to us, you will need to pay the shipping cost unless item is faulty. while also paying for the shipping of the new clothing that will be sent
- Items on sale will be refunded for the sale price. If you request an exchange, you will need to swap the item for something of the same price or pay the difference.
- If an exchange is needed and you would like to swap it for clothing that comes to a higher price you can't use the promo code on the thank you card to alter the price. (promo codes on our thank you cards can only be used on new orders not an existing ones)
- We do offer store credit and exchanges if the item is faulty and not to your standards.
- We only offer refunds if item is faulty.
